Gasoline and Diesel price update today March 16, 2026.

P62.55/litre na ang price ng gasoline today, habang P56.74/litre naman sa diesel. Ito ay dahil parin sa gyera at tensyon sa Middle East.

Ina-asahan naman ang pagsipa ng diesel na aabot raw sa P114 per litre this week. Ito ay ayon sa DOE o Department Of Energy.

Ayon kay Energy Secretary Sharon Garin, ang mga kompanyang Petron, Shell at Flying V ay magtataas na ng presyo simula March 17-19 habang ang Sea oil at Total naman ay sa March 17-18.

Aniya : “All these five companies have committed to the staggering and the office of Dir. Rino [Abad] is still working on the other companies kasi we’re waiting for their submissions today.”

Dagdag pa niya : “Ang crisis ay yung sa prices ng pump prices, di naman crisis in terms of our fuel or anything like that pero kapag umakyat nang umakyat ang presyo, crisis in the sense that we will have inflation, transport cost will be very expensive.”

Ayon sa DOE, magkakaroon ng price hike sa diesel na umaabot sa P20.40-P23.90/litre this week, sa gasoline naman ay aabot sa P12.90-P16.60/litre at sa Kerosene naman ay around P6.90-P8.90/litre.
