Sa kanyang Facebook post, nagawa niyang tawagin na mga one-sided, entitled at mga bakulaw ang lahat ng mga bakla.

Ani Imelda : “One sided ang mga bakla noh? Parang black lives matter. They can attack you, but you are not allowed to fight back. Entitled masyado, na para bang pag mamay ari nila pagkatao opinyon ng sangkatauhan.”

Pagpapatuloy pa niya : “Hoy, remember, be humble and remember that you are gay because of your sexual preference NOT because you wanna save the world. Educate yourselves that being gay is all about sex. Be humble hindi yung mukha ka na ngang parody ng babae, ugali mo bakulaw pa.”

Dito na nakatanggap ng samu’t-saring pambabatikos si Imelda, kinuyog na rin ang kanyang comment section ng mga miyembro ng LGBTQIA+ members.

Ani ng netizen : “Gay people aren’t one-sided — we’re just asking for respect and safety, not special treatment. Being gay isn’t only about sex, it’s about identity, family, and the right to live without discrimination. And being humble doesn’t mean staying silent; we can be humble and still stand up for our dignity.”

Dagdag pa ng isa : “Please let’s not engage. Let her be. I think this is taking a toll on her mental health. Guys it’s not easy to deal with being unplaced in two major pageants and spent fortune. Then she has also gone through a miscarriage. Let’s give her the space and time she needs to heal. Pagaling ka Imelda.”
