Lovella Maguad has expressed her frustration and sadness after receiving information claiming that Janice Sebial is still not being held as an inmate, despite her alleged involvement in the 2021 killing of Maguad siblings Crizzlle Gwynn and Crizvlle Louis in M’lang, North Cotabato.
Lovella shared the information in a Facebook post, saying she was disturbed after reportedly learning that Janice was seen at the Davao Penal Colony, also known as the Davao Prison and Penal Farm, not as an inmate but allegedly working as a receptionist.
The claims shared by Lovella have raised questions online about Janice’s current status and the treatment of individuals connected to the case.
However, the information regarding her reported role inside the facility should be independently verified with the authorities.
Lovella Maguad Shares Her Frustration
In her Facebook post dated November 11, Lovella said she was surprised after hearing from one of her husband’s close friends who had recently visited the Davao Penal Colony.
According to Lovella, the friend allegedly encountered Janice inside the facility and was surprised because she was reportedly not wearing a prisoner’s uniform.
Lovella wrote : “Ang hirap ng hindi natin kayang magbayad ng magaling na private lawyer para makuha natin ang complete justice!”
Lovella further shared : “He told us that he was completely surprised when he unexpectedly saw JANICE there — NOT AS AN INMATE, but as the receptionist who welcomed and assisted them during their visit.”
She also said Janice was allegedly wearing a white polo shirt with “COP” printed on the sleeves. According to Lovella’s post, Janice explained that COP stood for Clean and Orderly Personnel.
The situation reportedly left Lovella questioning why Janice was not wearing a prisoner’s uniform.
Lovella then expressed her frustration over what she described as the system’s treatment of those allegedly connected to the deaths of her children.
Esmeraldo Also Mentioned in Lovella’s Post
Lovella also raised questions about Esmeraldo, whom she identified as another person allegedly involved in the killing of her children.
According to Lovella, she received reports that both Janice and Esmeraldo had been given significant roles within the Davao Penal Colony.
Maguad Family Still Seeking Justice
The Maguad siblings, Crizzlle Gwynn and Crizvlle Louis, were killed in M’lang, North Cotabato, on December 10, 2021.
The case gained widespread attention in the Philippines because of the brutal circumstances surrounding the deaths of the siblings.
Janice Emuelin, also known publicly as Janice Sebial, has been identified in reports surrounding the case. She has also reportedly used several aliases, including Christine, Shane, Jaypee and Cha Yuri.
For the Maguad family, however, the case remains a painful chapter as they continue to seek justice for Gwynn and Louis.
Lovella expressed her frustration over what she believes has been a lack of justice for her children.
She said : “I cannot understand why the system continues to protect these individuals while we, the victims’ family, are left to endure the pain and injustice they caused. Enough with lies!”
Lovella’s post has raised serious questions, particularly about the reported sighting of Janice at the Davao Penal Colony and the nature of her alleged role there.
